Karen Johnson: I was born in London, England and never imagined myself living in another country. Now I have been in Southern California for almost a decade I cannot imagine living anywhere else.

I live by the beach with my husband, son and a cat who thinks she is a dog.

I love being part of the local community and enjoy capturing family moments with my camera which would otherwise go unnoticed. 

As well as candid portraits I take closeups of pets and every day objects to help tell each family's unique story.

Jeanette Reale: I am born and bred in Southern California.  I love to travel but Southern California is where my heart is.  

I live by the beach with my husband, son and daughter. With basketball, baseball and dance classes it's a good job I like to keep busy.
 
As well as eating healthy and exercising I love to shop. Shopping for props to use for our family shoots makes me happy.
